Here's three emails I got recently. They came all gussied up
with html formatting so they looked like a cross between bad junk mail and a sleazy
billboard. I retained only the CAPITALS and the exclamation points!!! You can image the
hot pink words on black backgrounds. However, the content of these emails raises some
interesting questions about
privacy
the value of
information
Try to think back from these emails to the person who would
respond by sending money. What view of the world do they have? How much digital knowledge
do they have? What are the anxieties that this information will relieve?
I hope you're gaining the search
